Finding the right therapist is about more than credentials. You want someone who understands what you’re going through, respects who you are, and has the experience to help.

I’m Susan Lowe, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Perinatal Mental Health Certified therapist. I specialize in working with women and mothers navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, relationships, grief, and major life transitions.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your whole self, feel heard without judgment, and develop practical tools to help you navigate what’s happening in your life.

I bring specialized training in perinatal mental health and trauma, along with a deep understanding of how culture, family, relationships, and life experiences can shape emotional well being.
